Noodles: Millet flour, whole wheat flour, edible vegetable oil, salt, purified water.
Masala: chili powder, salt, pepper, ginger, spices.

Keep in a cool, dark, and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
Preparation (For 3 Persons)
Boil 210 grams of noodles in 1.2 liters of water for 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves, onions, bell pepper, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables until al dente.
Then add the flavoring masala.
Add the fried vegetables to the noodles.
Mix well together.
Serve the dish hot.
